Receiver is Available for Private Events:
Receiver is a gallery and design firm located in the Mission District of San Francisco. Our 375 square foot exhibition space provides a creative setting for a variety of intimate events. With a large front window, a rotation of art on the walls, restroom and storage access, Receiver provides an ideal setting for your next event. Capacity
Receiver can accommodate 50 people for a stand up reception. Limited seating is available on location and additional seating may be brought in by the renter.

Rental Rates
Monday - Thursday: $100/ hour with a minimum of 4 hours
Friday - Sunday: $150/ hour with a minimum of 4 hours
* $100 per additional hour after the minimum has been reached
** Total time includes set up and event
*** Rental fee is due prior to all events
Security Deposit
A security deposit of one-half of the total event cost will be collected prior to the event. A valid driver's license and credit card must be present. Should any damages occur, this deposit will be used for repairs. Should repairs cost more than the deposit amount the renting party will be responsible for the additional cost. Should no damages occur, the deposit will be refunded.
Other Important Information
Catering: Food and catering services are provided by the renting party.
Parking: Street Parking only. Valet may be arranged by the renting Party.
Clean-up: Post event cleanup is the responsibility of the renting party. We can also provide cleaning services for a fee of $75*.
Alcohol: The renting party is responsible for providing and monitoring all beverages and alcohol served at the event. Likewise, the client is responsible for all guests consuming alcoholic beverages.
Smoking: Outside ONLY!
Liability:
The renting party is responsible for all damages to the premises and anything on the premises (including artwork) that occur during the event.
*Cleaning fee may increase depending on condition of the Gallery. $75 is typical, any further cleaning required must be paid by the rental party.
